Can I Use Somn If I Live Outside The US?

The Somn Assessment and Somn website are currently intended for the use of US residents only.  Countries outside the United States may have regulatory requirements that differ from the United States and, therefore, this information may be inappropriate for use outside the United States.

Will I Get A Medical Sleep Diagnosis?

The Somn Sleep Assessment is not intended to diagnose medical conditions such as Obstructive Sleep Apnea or Narcolepsy. We encourage you to consult with your healthcare provider if you suspect you have a medical condition.

Can I Get An Exchange / Refund?

All Somn branded products are fully refundable and / or exchangeable if you are not satisfied with your purchase.  Please send all refund / exchange requests to support@somn.co and we will do our best to reply within 24 hours with detailed instructions.

Refunds and exchanges for partner products are based on their specific policies.  Please make any requests for refunds and exchanges directly through our partners.  You can visit their website for instructions.
