Russel M. Walters, Ph.D.
Russel is the CTO of Somn Labs where he leads product, vision and strategy. He holds 20 patents, authored 30 peer-reviewed papers and earned his Ph.D. from University of Pennsylvania while launching a nanotech start-up. Today, Russel explores the world of sleep as the co-founder of the Pediatric Sleep Council, researches dynamic systems and creates intelligent healthcare technologies.

Wilson is a serial entrepreneur, seasoned executive and operational leader with over 20 years of operational and investment experience in digital and consumer businesses. In his work, he takes an active role in building products and businesses with entrepreneurs. Wilson is also an angel investor, focusing on consumer products and digital technologies.
Erin S. Leichman, Ph.D., NCSP
Erin is a licensed psychologist and Nationally Certified School Psychologist with specialized training in behavioral sleep medicine. In addition to being a sleep scientist at Somn Labs, she is also a research psychologist at Saint Joseph’s University and the Executive Director of the Pediatric Sleep Council.
